We want you to enjoy your day on the water — that’s why we offer a simple and fair Weather Guarantee.
If the weather conditions are not suitable for kayaking, you can reschedule your booking free of charge.
When does the Weather Guarantee apply?
You can request to move your booking if the official weather forecast (e.g. BBC Weather) for your booked day shows:
- Persistent or heavy rain for a significant part of the day
- Strong winds exceeding 30 km/h
- Low temperatures below 10–12°C
These conditions must make the activity clearly uncomfortable or unsafe.
How to reschedule
To use the Weather Guarantee:
- Contact us at least 24 hours before your booking
- Send your request via email:

Please include: Reason (weather conditions), your name, booking date.
What happens next?
We will:
- Move your booking at no extra cost
- Review the forecast
- Offer you an alternative date

This guarantee applies only to unfavourable weather conditions, not personal preference
Light rain or changeable weather does not qualify
Final decision is based on the official forecast and our assessment
